Fees:
• 8% of the monthly lease amount. ($85 monthly minimum)
• $395 lease fee which includes all your marketing, advertising, signage, lockbox, etc...
• 3% optional MLS fee if you would like to post your property on MLS
• $150 lease renewal
• $350 reserve account for repairs
